Heart Boots + Code + Jupiter!

Hi jammers! Panda here! ^.^ Since Wombats and Mimi can't post- here I am! :P

The new item is the hearts boots, for sale in the Shiveer Shoppe!

These are so cute! My favorite color scheme would have to be the default pink ones. The green ones are also quite adorable. ^.^

Fact of the Day: Did you know that in the wild, lions rest for around 20 hours a day?

Aww, that lion is so cute! ^.^

The Daily Explorer posted a new activity for you to try- a bean mosaic of the planet Jupiter!

Here is how! (Make sure to ask a parent for help! ^.^)

What you need:

Paper Plate

Glue

Beans

Black Paper

Instructions:

1. Cut out a circle using your paper plate

2. Separate the beans by color

3. Take your circle and draw some lines that outline the different colors of jupiter

4. Glue the beans to the circle, starting with the big red spot

5. Add the atmosphere

6. Add the rest of the colors according to the lines you drew

7. Fill up the entire paper with beans

8. Place on a background and your planet is complete!

Cool little activity- eh? And AJHQ even topped off the post with a cute picture of what it will look like when it is finished!

And to continue with the theme of Jupiter, here are some cool Jupiter facts! ^.^

• Jupiter is the fourth brightest object in the solar system! Neat! Did you know that only the Sun, Moon and Venus are brighter?
• Jupiter orbits the Sun once every 11.8 Earth years! That is weird but cool! If I lived on Jupiter, I would only be a bit older then 1 year old in Jupiter years!
• Jupiter’s moon Ganymede is the largest moon in the solar system! Wow! Ganymede measures 5,268 kilometers across!
